Petey’s Emergency Vet Bill
On February 6, my guide dog Petey ate a lot of dog food unnoticed by anyone. A lot. At 3am on February 7 I had to take her to the emergency vet where they did xrays and gave Petey fluids under her skin so she would be less dehydrated from throwing up so much.
Petey is a good dog, if a bit too smart for her own good sometimes. She has saved my life no less than four times in her work as my guide dog. I was more than willing to spend every last penny I had to get her the care she needed and I did.
This campaign is to pay off the credit catd bill bill from Petey’s emergency visit. I can’t afford to pay it myself. Anything extra will go towards rebuilding my savings so I don’t have to use my credit card again and can maybe have more than a few hundred dollars in an emergency like this again. I will also get Petey a toy and new bedding (she ruined most of hers being sick on it).
