Peter Shaw’s Memorial

Update from Deanett 10/22/22:

I regret to inform all of Peter’s friends and family that he passed away this afternoon. He was surrounded by his sister Kathleen, Ella (our oldest daughter), and myself; listening to his favorite musicians as his heart took its last beat. I want to thank everyone for your love and kindness and all your prayers that were prayed for Peter and our family. Love ~ Deanett, Ella, Colin, and Mia

Hello family and friends, as some of you may already know, Dr. Peter Shaw has been in the ICU for sometime now. He is currently hospitalized at Cedars-Sinai, for several health issues that have serious complications. At this point we are praying for a miracle. Since Peter is the only source of income, Deanett, his wife has been doing everything possible to keep things afloat for their 3 young children. With no income coming in at this time and her being in her last semester of nursing school, her time and resources are limited. With mounting household expenses and the cost of travel from Bakersfield to Los Angeles it is creating a huge financial burden. We humbly ask for all of us to come together in this time of need, to support the Shaw family during this difficult time. As they have given and helped others in their time of need, including some of us. So please, let’s reciprocate the kind hearted and good deeds that the family deserves and needs by giving financial relief, any amount is greatly appreciated. Fun fact about Dr. Shaw: he used to be the equipment manager for the Los Angeles Rams before attending medical school.
