If you've ever met Peter Ogawa, you know that he is warm, kind, gracious and always exudes positive energy. A week and a half ago, he had a blood clot in his brain that caused a stroke. He made it to the hospital just in time. This required an emergency surgery. It was followed by tracheotomy because his lungs were filled with secretions and his immune system is compromised. That procedure was successful. He has started therapy and the doctors are working round the clock to get him off the ventilator.
