Robin & I have a heart for the nations - that is, to see people travel across the world to introduce others to Jesus who otherwise might never hear anything about him in their lives. While our current circumstances have us living here in Texas, we consider ourselves incredibly blessed to have opportunities to participate in God's plan for the whole world through the many friends we have who leave the familiarity of the US to go anywhere and everywhere with the message of hope. Our ability to support (both financially and in prayer) our friends connects us in a very real, direct way to the work that God does through them throughout the world!
Our desire is that you, our friends and family, would join us in that connection. Between the two of us, we have everything we need (with the exception of the wall-to-wall whiteboard I've been dreaming about having in my bedroom since college). What we don't have is the ability to generously support all of our good friends who ask for help. Our ask is that, instead of giving us gifts with which we can start our new life together, you would take the money you would have spent at Bed, Bath, & Beyond (whether that was $5, $10, $50, or $100) and walk alongside us in supporting our friends who move to faraway places to bring the light of God to those who need it. Our hope is that you would be blessed by your connection to that work just as much as (if not more than) we've been!
So, to make things easy for everyone, we've set up this donation fund as a central place for you all to partner with us. Every dollar raised here will go to a close friend of ours working to bring the Gospel to those who haven't heard it. If you're interested (and we hope you are), we'll send out updates every 3 months outlining how the money you've entrusted to us is being used, so that you all can enjoy with Robin and I the part that we're playing together in God's plan.
