Peter Wilson and his Variscaler

Hi
My name is Liz and my father was Peter Wilson. A talented physicist he took to art in his later years and produced some fabulous artworks.
But that isn’t what this is about.
As a scientist and inventor, he re-imagined a special device originally devised by Leonardo Da Vinci. A device to allow artists to scale up or down from any scene or photo or object to allow them to accurately scale it and draw it on paper or canvas of any size. It allows them to accurately miniaturise a mountain or grow a tiny flower to fill a huge canvas!
Before he passed away, he tasked me with spreading his redesigned Variscaler across the art world. He had already started with a small order from his maker and packed them and sent them out to help artists everywhere but he only had a small stock of these delightful solid brass instruments in their beautiful wooden boxes and he sent them all out!
I’ve failed him in this so far as I don’t have the capital to reorder them from the manufacturer. This was his last request to me and I haven’t fulfilled his wish yet. I watch repair shop and feel guilty as other families are helped to preserve a family heritage and I haven’t been able to do it for my Dad.
Yet.
With your help I can carry on his legacy, help to fulfill his dream to help artists everywhere to draw in perfect proportion and train their artists ‘eye’ using a creation he brought to life with his brilliant brain and creative vision.
Anyone who helps with this project will be credited and thanked in the documentation that is sent with the Variscalers for all to read - unless you would prefer not to be named of course.
.
Can you help me?
Thank you for your time.
