- Pete was on the 9/11 clean up crew in New York City in 2001 and 2002. Over the years he has acquired and battled several forms of cancer, had major organs removed including both kidneys.
- The latest diagnosis has been a cancerous tumor in his hip, which is terminal, and Pete is expected to live approximately 3 weeks.
- Pete and his wife Debbie have 4 children, Emily, Julie, Aaron, Jesse. They currently live in Clayton NC.
- Any contribution towards the Family's end of life medical expenses, as well as funeral expenses, will be gratefully appreciated.
