Help bring Peter Moseley,s body home to be laid to rest

I'm trying to help my Sister-in-law Vicky to get her father back home to the UK to be laid to rest.

It is with the heaviest heart that I write this!

On 14th December 2024 my dad, Peter Moseley lost his life to a house fire at his home in lake Elisnore, California!! Unfortunately he was the only one who could not make it out, with everyone else obtaining minor injuries.

I believed when he moved out there 16 years ago that America would kill him, but never imagined it would be so soon, so sudden and so inhumanely. I just have to believe and try and hope that it was instant and he wasn't in pain!!

He did love his life in America and people tell me he was happy, if he was happy why didn't he take more time to share that with me!!

We are all responsible for letting life take over and not making the time to share every moment with our loved ones. My dad has gone never having the chance to meet willow, see he beautiful smile that shines through her eyes, listen to her giggle and cuddle her in his arms

He would have held her so tight!!

See scarlett stand, babble laugh and be silly. He would have adored her checky funny ways and togwther they would get up to so much mischeif!! And last but not least never got the chance to tell his little side kick how

proud he is of the man he had become,

how much he loved him!!

America has taken my dad's soul but I

will not allow it to take his body.

I will never get the chance to see my dad again, look at his face, kiss his head say good bye, hold his hand and tell him how much I loved him and that he was my world, my first love and that it hurts so much that the only way I can hear your voice is through a voicemail message on your phone.

Everybody who knew my dad, knew what a happy, funny checky, friendly, out going, most amazing person he was!! He loved to make people laugh and smile, he had the biggest heart that opened for anyone and everyone and this kindness was also his worst enemy.

I will not let you die in vain, I will not let your body and soul be taken away. It is my last mission to bring you home to be surrounded by your friends and family, those that really truly and always loved you most. You told me you was going to come home. But why has it got to be in this way. I need my chance to say goodbye even though it will never be face to face!!
