Peter Litchfield

I asked a fisherman named Squirrel to show me how to fish. He called in the help of Peter. Peter was a complete stranger to me and my boy, but jumped right in to help our friend Squirrel. We had a striped bass “keeper” within minutes and had the best field trip ever! My boy Liam and I watched Peter in his element, eating the raw hearts of the freshly caught fish, laughing with excitement, and giving his time and patience to complete strangers! We wanted more! On our next trip, Peter couldn’t physically make it.  He could barely speak on the phone to Squirrel to send his regrets. Later I learned his illness was serious. Not just pain, but Cancer.
 Diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, Peter is unable to work. I ask anyone who can help at all to share what they can. I only met this man once but I hear all about his greatness from our friend. He is an honest man who works hard and has strict morals. He has grown children who he wants to be present for and a wife who needs him. 
 Please help Peter in this holiday season so he can help his daughter who attends UMass/Amherst, have everyday essentials, and feel relief and support.
