Pete Nunez Medical Support Fund

To all family and friends of Pete Nunez,

I wanted to let everyone know that my brother, Pete Nunez, experienced an esophageal tear that required Stacy to call 911 due to him throwing up massive amounts of blood. They rushed him to ER Thursday and admitted to ICU on Friday. He has required so many blood transfusions and monitoring to make sure the procedure they performed Friday has resolved the tear. If not, he still requires multiple, daily transfusions, and may require surgery. It is a wait and see at this point.

He is slated to be in ICU for at least the next 7-10 days and we do not know what post ICU hospital stay(s), additional transfusions, etc… is in the plan.

I am taking this opportunity to first, advise and ask for positive vibes and well wishes for complete healing and that his family get any support they will be requiring.

While they do have insurance there are so many out of pocket costs that are undetermined and for how long.

I do have to mention that he is so weak and cannot respond to any texts so please make sure any and all well wishes go directly to Stacy.
