My nephew Pete passed away yesterday, he was 29 and he is leaving behind his beautiful wife and 3 kids.  For the past year or so he was struggling with Opioid Addiction, which was caused from multiple back surgeries.  Last week he finally reached out to my sister and family to get some help and was finally admitted to a rehab center and on Monday we were so excited because  his labs came back and it was confirmed that he was clean.  Pete and my sister spoke for along time about his life and how he had ruined it, but was confident that he was going to make things right with his wife and kids and our entire family.  This is the first time in a long time he had clarity and was very emotional.  Our family was proud of him and excited for his soberness and him to be a part of us again.  Yesterday he was found dead in the rehab center. 
Although Pete struggled these past few years, he also had an amazing life before hand, he was a body builder, he played soccer, he was a wonderful father and provider.  These funds would help pay for funeral expenses and the rest will be give to his wife and 3 kids.
