Pete & Karen Need Rehab, PT and Car Repair

My dear friend, Pete Rugierro and his wife Karen are in desperate need of financial help. They are on a minimal fixed income and Karen has taken a bad fall. Nothing is broken, thank God, but she needs rehab and physical therapy. In addition their car is in need of major repair.
