Pete Finn has worked with Essential Energy (and its many predecessors) for over 30 years.
Peter took on many roles such as meter reader, asset inspector and earthing rig operator as well as trades assistant and groundsmen.
Peter had also represented his fellow workmates as an ETU delegate since 2003 up to his retirement in 2015.
Pete is an intelligent & genuine aussie bloke, a father figure to many of us and a great mate to all....
Pete is known for his quick wit, practical insights and genuine support to all that know him..
After retiring from work in 2015 Pete was diagnosed with diabetes, and later Parkinson's disease.
Pete was recently admitted into a Tugan hospital suffering from serious pneumonia and fluid retention, he was then also diagnised with advanced stage 4 cancer that has now penetrated into significant parts of his body...
We would like to provide some financial respite for Pete Finn in his beautiful family during this harrowingly tough time. This Go Fund me has been set up to help provide continued maintenance around their property and anything else whilst the Finn family corageously fight his diagnosis..
Please help....
