Persecuted Freedom Fighters

I'm trying to raise funds for Elliot (Moose) McDavid and his wife, Sharon. Elliot is the man who exercised his freedom of speech in Alberta by letting Chrystia Freeland know that he felt she had behaved like a traitor to our country and to our province. His personal protest made national news.... It was raw and strong, but it was peaceable, coming from a Canadian who was hurt.

It is his legal right to speak out to an elected official, but since then, he's been persecuted.

He was not allowed to make loan payments on his property, which he has written proof of.

After that, the ATB bank sent notification that they were going to foreclose on his business and his home, however, the ATB lawyer included in that initial paperwork, a newspaper clipping of the Chrystia Freeland news story. This was, of course, highly concerning.

They have now come and confiscated his business, allegedly without appropriate writs, and even more concerning was that on the same day they arrived to take his business, they arrested Elliott and let him know that a Liberal Senator had purchased his business the same day that he was arrested and his business confiscated. He was released from police custody the same day but they are about to try to foreclose on his home.

Elliott has lost his means of making an income and is about to lose his home.

This is a man who was running to be an MP for the United Party of Canada and all of this was being done in the middle of the election campaign.

Elliott and his wife are the salt of the earth. They would help anyone. They are perhaps idealistic and too trusting, but they are true patriots who love our province and our country and who care about their fellow man. Elliot would literally lay down his life for another. He is the only man who stood up for me when I was being bullied by a man on social media.

At this point, they have taken Elliott's means of earning an income. They are about to take his home.

Elliott and Sharon are both in a very tough spot and could use a little bit of help to bridge the gap until the next chapter of their life begins, whatever that may look like. He is a true patriot and a true freedom fighter who would lay his life down for you. Can you please chip in a little bit of money for them at a time when they really need help?

Elliott is truly a good, kind and loving man, a gentle giant. He is always trying to help, which is why he was running to be an MP. He wanted to defend you and I.
