Perry's Medical & Transportation Costs

As you know Perry had a stroke on March 3rd. He is currently in the hospital in Decatur, but soon to be transported to an LTach hospital in Indy.
The transportation costs of this trip are not covered by insurance and therefore Perry will have to pay for them himself. We are hoping to raise money to help the burden of these expenses.
