Firefighter Perry Choy dedicated 20 years of his life to saving lives and protecting the city of San Francisco. Unfortunately, Perry recently passed away after suffering a massive stroke, leaving behind his life partner, Aletha Gomez, and their baby boy, Jeremy Kaiden Gomez-Choy. Even after his passing, he continues to save lives by providing crucial organs to others.

We would like to show our appreciation for his dedication by raising funds to help with funeral costs, settle miscellaneous household affairs, and support Jeremy's future education.
