Perrin Ryan Delorey Memorial Fund
Donation protected
Westport Little League, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is raising funds to support several initiatives in memory of one of its brightest Little League players---Perrin Ryan Delorey, whom we tragically lost last year in an automobile accident.
For example, this Spring, we will be placing a new teak bench at Kowalsky Field, dedicating it in his name with a custom designed plaque featuring a quotation from him. In addition, we have announced the inaugural Perrin Ryan Delorey Sportsmanship Award to be given annually to one player in each of our four oldest leagues. Perrin was the ultimate teammate, always giving his best effort and exhibiting the highest level of sportsmanship with his teammates and opponents. Through these and other efforts, we will be encouraging Little League players of all levels to remember these values that Perrin exuded and keep his memory alive by striving to conduct themselves in the same manner.
We invite you to support Westport Little League in these efforts (and additional future initiatives) honoring Perrin's memory and the impact that he had on his fellow teammates and our community. In honor of the #5 that Perrin wore on his Cubs team last season, please join us in our goal of raising $5,555.
Donations are tax deductible in accordance with and subject to applicable law.
Thank you for your generous support.
