luxating patella (kneecap surgery) both knees

HUMAN SOCIETY HAS OFFERED TO HELP BUT THE ORTHOPEDICS DOCTOR WILL ONLY BE THERE FOR THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER!! **slaps forehead and bites nails**
Our baby who is only 2 years old has unfortunately been diagnosed with Grade 5 Luxating patella (dislocated knee cap) in both knee caps. This means her knee caps are out of place with the  socket. Since its grade 5 it will not heal on its own and if she does not get it she will eventually literally become crippled within a couple years. She needs both knee caps and a wheelchair.  She is very active and it breaks my heart having to pick her up during walks, keeping her on my bed or yelling at her to "calm down" because she could severely hurt herself and some days she doesn't move because of the pain. She has been on painkillers for about year now. Stasi is an emotional support dog for all and just makes you smile and love even if you have no idea what love actually is- You will know when you meet her.  Anything you can do to help would truly be appreciated.  The surgury is unexpectedly this month so anything you can do to help would truly be appreciated.
