Hi! My name is Abigail Simpkins and this year I discovered the amazing organization Little Angels Children Home. After learning about their mission and being in direct contact with their CEO Namirimu Mabel for the past month, I have decided to partner with them to raise the funds they need in order to purchase their first piece of property.
Namirimu and her team have worked for a few years by effectively running a Christian orphanage for abandoned children in Uganda. Their mission is to rescue, love and transform the lives of orphaned, poor and abandoned children to help them reveal the greatest version of themselves. They follow the biblical directive to rescue, love and care for orphans. They believe that when they care for all God’s children, they are following Christ’s commandment and are acting as His hands and feet.
Up until this point, Namirimu & her team have been running their orphanage by renting a building for use in Uganda. Their dream and goal is to own their own property so that they can build a permanent shelter for their orphanage, grow their own food, and not have to pay rent monthly.
They recently found a 2 acre piece of land but the property itself cost $5,000. With the help of sponsors, friends, and family across the world Little Angels Children Home has been able to raise $1,500 through their website (littleangelschildrenhome.org). However, they need your help to raise the remaining $3,500 in the next two months (by October 5th).
Please partner with me to raise the funds to help this ministry care for and teach God’s precious children about His great love for them. Any donation you are able to give is greatly appreciated! More than anything please join me in praying for these precious children, their founder, Namirimu Mabel, and her team that God will continue to have His hand upon them and their ministry.
