Permanent Heat Source to get Jon home to heal

Jon has some very serious health issues currently that require him coming home and getting treatment. He does not have months to do this. He has days to weeks. We are getting a mortgage on our house to afford the time for him to take off work. In order to get a mortgage on our home we have to have home owners insurance. We chose to live a life of poverty because of religious choices we made long ago. We created a pit that we have had to climb out of these last handful of years. Living completely off grid was one of those choices made back then that is still a struggle. My dad and Jon's parents are helping us get tied to the grid and have electric pulled to the house. No one would insure the home because we only had wood for a heat source. So in order to get insurance we have to have a permanent heat source that is gas or electric in place and inspected before they will insure us. Then it will cost us nearly $300 a month for house insurance alone because we have not had home owners in so many years. This is making it impossible to get Jon here and treated. We need a permanent heat source in place this week. It will cost us $4500 to $4900 to get this done at a discount and get the insurance in place so that our already approved mortgage can be accessed so Jon can come home and save his life.
