Perla was our mom, our sister, our daughter, our aunt, and our friend. We lost her on 08 October 2019. We prayed so much for the chance to share with her at least one more Christmas, one more birthday, one more happy New Year, one more basketball game where she could cheer our Alex on, the chance for her to see our Tony and Zali graduate high school and go on to college, the chance to have her enjoy our Zali's 15añera, and the chance to talk and laugh together as a family. God had other plans, and we are struggling to cope with our loss. We will always remember her beautiful glowing smile. We will always remember the moments we did share and that we hold dear.
We are facing a very difficult time. With a very heavy heart, we are having to handle funeral arrangements, which were not expected. Many of our friends and family have asked to help, and we have set up this fundraising effort in response. We greatly appreciate your help, your love, and your prayers.
