My name is Gloria and I'm raising money for my best friend to get top surgery!
I've known Pippin for 9 years and in all that time, they've proved to be the most loyal and caring friend I've ever had. For a long time Pippin has felt unhappy and uncomfortable but there is a solution! I'll let them explain:
"Hi, I’m Peregrin T Forest and I am a genderless human living in Flagstaff, AZ. I have been out as genderless since 2016 and have wanted FtM (Female to Male) top surgery for about as long.
As a genderless person, I experience a lot of dysphoria and unhappiness with my breasts, and because they are larger they add to that dysphoria as well as back and shoulder pain. My dream is to have a more “masculine” chest. I wear a binder every day to flatten my chest which comes with health concerns. It’s dangerous to bind for more than a few hours at a time (but I bind for my 12hr hospital shifts); it also limits my movement and makes me hot and sweaty.
Getting top surgery (double mastectomy) is the goal! My life will be improved in so many ways. Physically, I won’t have breathing, back, or shoulder pains. I will be able to move and be active the way I’ve always wanted. Mentally, I won’t have the stress of dysphoria and discomfort in my own skin. I will be free of a huge mental burden, which will clear my mind and give me space to focus on other things.
After a lot of research, I’ve made an appointment for surgery with Dr. Larson at Larson Plastic Surgery in Tucson, AZ. My appointment is May 10th and I need to raise a good amount of money before then, which is where you come in!
