Hello!! My name is Percy Kaye, you may know me as Flicky Clicky online.

I am a 4th year animation student at Sheridan College in Canada. I was expected to graduate in April 2026 but was unable to complete my semester due to my disabilities making me unable to go to school and fulfill my commitments. I am now expected to graduate in April 2027, but I will not be able to complete school nor get work until my health is in a better place.

Many of my disabilities require extra needs that are not covered by OHIP (Ontario Health Insurance Plan) nor my College's student insurance plan.

i.e. therapy for CPTSD, topical steroids, creams, serums, and other skincare products to treat my severe eczema, equipment for scoliosis exercises and treatment, equipment for my breathing issues and allergies.

I currently have diagnosed CPTSD and severe eczema as a disability diagnosis from the Ontario government. I have suspected ADHD, scoliosis, and RSI, but I haven't been able to get a diagnosis for those yet due to wait times in Ontario's healthcare system.

I also cannot pay for rent and my other monthly bills or pain medication until I get healthcare provided to me by the government. I also have a cat named Bear, and finding a place to live that is also accepting both him and I is very difficult in Toronto.

My plan once my health is in a better place is to open commissions and create more artwork and animations, my dream has always been to work in animation/comics, and I have done so in the past, but then my health kept deteriorating on and on as I was pushing myself to the absolute limits.

I really want to sell my manga and other original art but I do not have enough money to manufacture them currently. I care a lot about telling stories about disability to both raise awareness and educate and bring understanding to others. I have been into animanga for my whole life and believe it bridges people together and be a comfort to all as it is a strong medium especially in the digital era where people can only afford to stay at home due to the lack of third spaces and the high cost it takes to exist in our capitalistic society.

As I am physically unable to go into workplaces, I plan to continue my work that I have been posting on youtube for a few years now and streaming with a vtuber rig. I plan to stream my art and animation progress and also create educational videos and posts about all types of media and how to make them (anime, movies, comics, literature, games)..

I can go on and on about my dreams and plans, but it’s getting a bit too long of a post, so I will do my best to share more of my plans on my socials when I am physically able to.
