Pepper the Borador - Ligament Surgery

We are trying to raise money to help offset some medical cost of a knee operation needed for our family dog Pepper. Pepper has sprained ligaments around her knee that need to be corrected. Her current condition is causing her to currently have a limp and she is unable to run and be her usual active self.
Pepper is a 3 year old Border Collie Labrador mix. She is a charming delight of a pup and is the social butterfly of Glen Cove and recognizes all of her neighbors on Woolsey Avenue on sight. She is always available for belly rubs and makes friends everywhere she goes. In order to get Pepper back to her usual self we'd like to get the surgery done as soon as possible, before her condition gets worse. She is currently on pain medication and her exercise has been reduced to simple walks, although she's still trying to run on a bad leg.
We love Pepper and want to ensure she has the best quality of life possible. She brings so much joy into our lives and into the lives of everyone she meets. We don't want her in pain and surprisingly she is young for a surgery like this. She has many years ahead of her.
