We believe the fusion of circus arts and storytelling has a unique power to touch audiences mentally, emotionally, and viscerally. Our mission is to create high-quality circus theatre productions that explore the universal experiences of being human. We do this while prioritizing the mental, physical, and emotional well-being of our artists. And we are committed to making our shows accessible to contemporary Bay Area audiences with relevant content and affordable ticket prices.
The overwhelmingly positive response to our groundbreaking show The Secret Garden proved there was a need for this kind of work. Since our official inception in September 2023, we have:
- Reached more than 1125 attendees with our public performances,
- Dedicated 10% of tickets as free or reduced price for people in need of financial assistance,
- Implemented an Open Training Program with over 1224 hours of free training for more than 35 professional and emerging artists,
- Completed a 5-week creation workshop of our new show The Nightingale with an original script and music, culminating in public work-in-progress performances,
- Established ourselves as a sustainable company that has employed over 43 local artists and paid over $44,616 in compensation.
The next chapter is pivotal. We are dedicated to growing a community that creates high-quality performances, employs local artists, develops the next generation of performers, and produces shows that are highly accessible for diverse audiences. We cannot do it without your support.
