- Research for and develop this book in residence and collaboration with my herbal elder Susun Weed in Woodstock NY.
- Travel to N. Carolina to collaborate with Black botanists.
- Collaborate with other elder herbalist to gain perspective
- Labor to create a book proposal that I can submit to publishers by the winter solstice.

Why am I wiring this book? Because you have permission to know yourself as ecosystem and know the ecosystem around you as a manifestation of your belovedness. The medicine you need is right outside your doorstep and I have the, world view, the guiding principals, the embodied relationships, the talent and the sacred instructions to make it accessible.
You need me to write this book because our lives literally depend on it. COVID perfectly illustrated the lack of resilience in our healthcare infrastructure. It elaborated our need to truly have the capacity to care for ourselves and our communities with locally available, simple, safe and effective remedies. Plant medicine is a People’s Medicine. It is our past, our present and a part of an integrated future. You need this book. And I need to be uplifted in writing it.
