Perk's Fire Relief Fund

Thank you for visting Perk's page! My name is Shawn Fogarty and I am a friend of Perk's.  

Sadly, Perk's apartment caught fire when power was restored to his unit following a power outage. He is wheelchair bound but gratefully he was able to escape the fire unharmed. Unfortunetly, all of his belongings, including invaluable medical equipment, were destroyed in the fire. Perk is in need of donations to replace the mobility equipment, household, and personal items that were tragically taken by the flames.  The caregiver he is living with until his apartment is restored will be assigned as the beneficiary and will use the funds to replace the critical items lost in the fire. 

The fire destroyed his belongings but not his spirit! He remains upbeat, thankful, and humble. Please help Perk get his life back on track. Thank you for your consideration!
