Dear Beloved Friends and customers

We hope you are all staying healthy and we miss seeing you at Cascade Nail Spa.

While we look forward to our eventual return, for now, our business is still prohibited from reopening. After 6 long months of forced closure due to the Covid pandemic, we were hoping to be back by now. However, as you know, San Francisco has completely paused the reopening of spas, and no date has been determined.
How terrible a business has no date to reopen after it is closed 6 months.....

Needless to say, we are suffering financially, and it has been so difficult to stay afloat - as is the case for so many of you. Everyone is hurting right now.

We are determined to reopen, and provide the lovely services you have always enjoyed with us. As soon as SF gives us the clearance to do so, we will be back and ready to serve you.

Until then, we ask kindly for your help. Your assistance, however small, will go a long way in helping our employees manage through this time, and also allow us to pay our bills.

Returning to serve you when this is all said and done, is our top priority. Thank you, dear customers & friends for supporting us, so we can do this for you.
