People living with Stage 4 cancer in the UK

Some of you will know that I lost a good friend earlier this year after he bravely battled Stage 4 cancer for a number of years.

In his memory, I am cycling the Red route in the inaugural Chris Hoy inspired Tour de 4 this September along with some friends and raising money in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support.

I appreciate that there are many requests for donations but if you can make a small contribution the cumulative impact will be great - thank you in advance.
