My name is Tracey and I am proud to call myself mum to Penny. Penny is 31 and a mother to 2 and a half year old identical twin girls, Lilly-Jean and Frankie-Lin. Penny battled breast cancer for a year and a half and has now been diagnosed with metastatic metaplastic triple negative carcinoma of the breast with multiple lung metastasis and sternal disease. Penny would love to make as many beautiful memories with her girls as she can, taking them to zoos and on adventures with the help of her loving family. She also wants to make fun memories with her closest friends. She would dearly love to provide for her girls future. As a family, we will make sure that Penny and her girls get to do lovely things together.
