Penny for Heart Surgery

Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted supporters,

My name is April and I'm reaching out on behalf of my Mom, Norma Agustin Tejada , 78 yo , had devastating Heart Attack / MI last July 31, 2024. I rushed her to the closest emergency , in Centenary Hospital where it was determined that she had multiple blockages in her heart and that requires immediate surgery to save her life . She needed an Open Heart Surgery or the option of Angioplasty / Coronary Stent as soon as possible.

The medical bills are overwhelming , and keeps on mounting day by day.

My mom supposed to go back in the Philippines on the 6th of August, 2024 . She came to Canada as visitor to be with us and her grandkids as she was living alone back home.

My mom Norma is a vibrant, loving, and amazing 78-year-old who has always put others before herself. She is a devoted mother and grandmother, a caring friend, and a Passionate Retired Teacher who has touched the lives of many students.

We are reaching out to ask for your support during this difficult time. Our goal is to raise $60,000 to help cover mama Norma's medical bills and ensure she receives the best care possible.
