As some of you may know in April 2014 I sadly lost my dad due to suicide at just 13 years old and also my 4 brothers that’s something no one should ever have to go though never mind any thirteen year old

when dad passed it really took a toll on my mental health and made me realise just how many others suffer in silence or out loud or feel they can’t express there emotions, men are more unlikely to speak about the way they feel In the UK, men account for approximately three-quarters of all suicides, with a male suicide rate in England and Wales of 17.6 deaths per 100,000 in 2025 that’s really a large amount.

this year marks 12 WHOLE YEARS without dad and in his memory I am going to walk PEN Y FAN for men’s mental health along with some other family members and friends

I have set up a go fund me all money will go to the men’s mental heath charity to hopefully help someone who was like my dad and sadly didn’t receive the help he needed before it was to late!

I will carry your memory in me forever and you will never be forgotten dad
