PAWS Darwin animal shelter needs you!

For over a decade PAWS has provided essential services through its animal rescue, adoption/rehoming and therapy dog services but they are in dire need of funding to continue operations.

Did you know?

PAWS is a non-profit organisation with numerous volunteers who are dedicated to ensuring the well-being of the animals in their care. The shelter rehomes over 500 animals per year, performing lifesaving procedures through the PAWS Community Vet service which also assists other rescue organisations across Darwin including A Safe Place for Meow and the RSPCA.

Without PAWS Darwin and their dedicated volunteers and foster carers, many of the animals wouldn’t have the chance to see a new and better life.

Why should you donate?

In recent times, the cost-of-living crisis has impacted the shelter significantly. Donations are at a low and rising costs are making it difficult for the shelter to continue operations. We are raising money to ensure the ongoing operation of the shelter with a goal of $100,000. Every donation counts - even $1 will make a difference.
