Hi Family and Friends.  I am setting up this GoFundMe page because we need your help.  As those that's close to me know, my wife just had double mastectomy surgery in March, for stage 3 breast cancer.  I've been taking care of her for the most part 110%.  Now this is where you can play a part in helping someone in need.  This new procedure with the cold cap is something that freezes the cells in your hair so that the chemo will pass it up and you won't lose your hair.  My medical does not cover that, so we are asking our love ones to donate if you can.  We will keep you'll updated through this process.  Any questions don't hesitate to call or inbox me.  Thanks to all in advance!  Love The Polk Family
