Penelope Rose bacterial lung infection & pneumonia

Was misdiagnosed and mistreated at Orchard Park Vet in New York. Went from gastroenteritis, to pneumonia and now bad lung infection. After being told at the first vet appointment that she didn’t have any lung issues by the first vet. The administrator says they didn’t do anything wrong. Was charged roughly 8k for them to slap a bandaid on the situation and send us on the way after they had apologized for everything they did wrong but now won’t admit. The facility lacks communication and proper care. After being sick for two weeks for an unknown lung issue she is now at Cornell to get proper care.
