My family, like unfortunately many family both in the UK & Germany, has felt the pain and fear that comes with a cancer diagnosis.

I was very luck that my mom, who was diagnosed with breast cancer last summer, was able to beat her diagnosis thanks to an early detection and the amazing support of her local hospitals medical staff!

However, for ever story of remission, there are far too many loved one still being take from us by this terrible disease - sadly, cancer remains the leading cause of dead worldwide.

We can make a difference though! We are unstoppable and cancer will be stopped!

In this spirit, I will be taking on the challenge of cycling back to the UK, to celebrate my mom being in remission, from my home in Germany (aka. 5 days, 4 counties, and ~900km).

Along the way, I want my bit for the fight against cancer, so please join me in raising money for Cancer Research UK and helping to make cancer a thing of the past!
