We’re rallying support to get the Penarth U14s Bears to Arras, France for their first international rugby tour!

These lads are more than just teammates, they’re a tight-knit crew from different schools, many of whom have been playing together since they were knee-high. Week in, week out, they train hard, play harder, and are guided by an incredible team of volunteer coaches.

This isn’t just a weekend away, it’s a chance to experience the global rugby family, build lifelong memories, and proudly represent Penarth RFC and our town on foreign soil. With a rich history of tours to Arras (some of their parents even toured there at a similar age!), this trip is a meaningful continuation of a special tradition.

We’re fundraising to make sure every player can go, regardless of financial background.

Past UK tours have brought together families across generations, creating friendships, unforgettable moments, and showing what teamwork really means.
