We’re taking on the Pen y Fan Horseshoe Walk on Sunday 1st November 2026 to raise much-needed funds for the Pontnewydd United Under 8s Christmas Party. ⚽

The challenge will be taken on by Lee Hopkins, Pontnewydd United U8s Coach, as we put ourselves through the Pen y Fan Horseshoe Walk to help give the players a Christmas to remember.

Our teams are made up of a fantastic group of young players who work hard every week, both in training and on match days. We want to reward them for their effort, commitment and team spirit with a special Christmas celebration where they can all enjoy themselves together away from the football pitch.

Every donation, no matter how big or small, will go directly towards making the Christmas party bigger and better for the children. ❤️

If you can spare anything to support Lee in taking on this challenge, it would mean a huge amount to us, the coaches, the players and their families.

One coaches. One Horseshoe challenge, One goal — giving the players a Christmas to remember! ️⚽

Thank you for your support!
