Pelvic Reconstruction Surgery

I never thought I would have to do anything like this, but I really need help. 

 On March 20th, 2025, my entire life changed. In the blink of an eye, I was thrust into a medical crisis, without warning or reason. I suffered from what I thought was a uterine prolapse, but after multiple doctor's appointments and several specialists later, it was discovered that I actually have PFD (Pelvic Floor Dysfunction.)  

All of the muscles in my pelvis have stretched and torn, causing all of my reproductive organs, bladder and rectum to collapse into my pelvis.  Physical therapy alone will not fix this and if left untreated, I could have long-term damage to my internal organs. I need to have my entire lower abdomen surgically reconstructed, as well as a hysterectomy to be able to lead a normal life again, without pain. My uterus has folded over and is too damaged to be repaired. I am completely devastated and also terrified. 

 The surgery itself will cost roughly $25,000, I’m only asking for $10,000 to help with some of the out-of-pocket medical costs, because my insurance will only cover 60% of the surgery and the loss of work/income my husband will experience while taking care of our two babies and helping me recover from this extensive surgery.
