PEHS Band Boosters

To all of our Marching Bengal alumni, family, friends, and supporters near and far, thank you for taking the time to visit our GoFundMe page!  Did you know - last year the Plainfield East Band Boosters provided approximately $35,000 in support of competitions, instruments, scholarships and musical advancement? Unfortunately, given the ongoing coronavirus situation, many of our traditional fundraising opportunities have needed to be cancelled. 
However, this does not mean that certain expenses go away. The booster board has worked hard to trim the budget where we can, but there are still costs that we need to cover, including:

- Scholarship opportunities
- School-owned instrument cleaning and sterilization
- New HEPA filters for the band areas
- Registration fees
- Support staff fees

In years past, we have offered supporters with an option to make a tax-deductible contribution via check. Given limited social interaction opportunities we are instead utilizing GoFundMe to provide an online portal to process your generous contributions.

We are greatly appreciative of any and all donations we receive. Several different contribution levels are provided below. Please give generously as we work to provide our students with all the necessary resources needed for their success.

Depending on donation level, donors will receive various items as our way of saying thank you for your generosity.

Our apologies, but, in order to keep costs down, shipment of items is not available. Items will be distributed at appropriate times when face-to-face opportunities present themselves.

As with all donations, these funds will be spent in accordance with the bylaws, including input from members who attend our monthly meetings. Come join us!
