Peggy Doran needs our support

Our friend, Peggy Doran is the sole owner and chef of her long-time restaurant and catering company, Margaux, in White Bear Lake, Minnesota.

Peggy was recently serving dinner at her restaurant, when she tripped while carrying a large pot of boiling pasta water. The water burned her arms, part of her face and the front of her body. She was taken by ambulance to the burn unit of Regions Hospital and has been in the hospital for the past three weeks. She has had two surgeries, where doctors peeled off dead skin before encasing her in bandages. As you may or may not know, burns are one of the most painful injuries.

She is at home now, but is very weak. Please donate to help Peggy with her bills and her enormous medical costs. Being the sole owner means she does not earn money when she is not working.
