Pegasus Special Riders Storm Relief

Pegasus Special Riders took a hard hit last night from the severe storms that hit our area. Their building has suffered significant damage which has left their hay supply exposed to the elements, shelter for the horses unsafe, and their lesson plans for this year in jeopardy. The past two years have been challenging, to say the least, and their hopes of getting back on their feet were nearly blown away with the winds last night.

Thankfully, all the horses are safe and no one was injured. While insurance should cover the cost of the damage to the building, there will be many expenses not covered. With this year’s lesson plan now uncertain, Pegasus will need all the help they can get to provide feed, vet and farrier care for the horses.
