Hello friends and family most of you know Thanksgiving 2015I started Uncle Pee Wees pecan pies business. Since that time I have had great response, everybody seems to love the pies.
Over the past year I have been doing festivals and food boutiques all over Southern California .and over the holiday season I even got my pie into my first grocery store “Simply Fresh” in Corona and my first restaurant “Maple House Chicken and waffles” in Ontario. With all that said it's been a struggle being a one man show trying to be an entrepreneur 100% 0f the time!
Things look like they are turning a corner I have two more restaurants coming on board and a possible 3rd, a major chain with 90 locations taking a serious look at adding my pie to their menu. My problem is I do not have the capitol to properly service these account or the ability grow this business where I know it can go! So I need some help!
Truth is asking for help is not easy! I started this campaign hoping that you will respond to my need. I’m concerned that without the help of my friends and family I will be done before I really get started. I can’t tell you what it feels like to create something, to take an idea, a dream and see it start to become real! I hope you will give and share this page.
Every $5, $10, $20 dollar gift goes a long way in this process.
Your help will go toward securing my commercial kitchen and all the permits and inspection cost. Also all the materials and cooking utensils, branding and packaging, marketing and laboratory expenses required for testing shelf life, nutrition and labeling, as well as equipment for transporting the product.
Most importantly what you will really be doing is making a dream come true and helping me become an example to others that it is possible, “this American dream”, anybody can achieve it with the help of people who care. If you can’t give I understand but please pass this on to your friends and coworkers. If you are able to give my pledge to you is to work hard and succeed. If you can give at least $40 I will send you a personally baked Uncle Pee Wees Pecan Pie “the Best Dang Pie You’ll ever taste” but. I hope you can help!
