Hi, my name is Jeremy, and I’m reaching out for help on behalf of my dog, Frankie. Frankie is Black and tan Miniature Dachshund, and he's more than just a pet he's family. Unfortunately, Frankie needs emergency surgery, and the medical expenses are beyond what we can afford right now.
