Pedro (Pete) Sanchez's fight w pancreatic cancer

We are a group of Pete's best friends from the University of Notre Dame (Stanford Hall). We are supporting our "buddy for life" as he heals from this terrible disease. Pete is a husband to his beautiful wife, Maria, a father to two amazing kids (Camila and Pedro), and an administrator at Harlingen CISD where he was principal at Coakley Middle School for the last eleven years and now works at the main building mentoring other principals in the district.

He is currently living in his hometown of Brownsville, Texas, where he enjoys his family, friends, cycling, nature walks, and all the blessings God bestows upon us daily. Pete was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer back in September of 2022. He has been fighting off the cancer for close to a year now - and he's WINNING. Pete's treatments require him to travel to Seattle from Brownsville for the best possible care. This fundraiser is intended to help offset the travel costs and other burdens on him and his family and to support him as he continues on his healing journey.
