Donation protected
To family and friends, words alone can not explain how my family and I feel right now. As you all know, I recently posted a facebook status that my older brother was in the hospital. At the moment I did not explain why he was there because it was too dificult to do so. As of Wednesday, January 11, 2017, my older brother Pete died from a stroke.
If you knew Pete, you knew he was a great person to be around. He always found a way to put a smile on his face despite the hardships he encountered. He also managed to make his family and friends laugh, whether it was a joke or joking back and forth with someone. It was something you could not miss out on because it was too hilarious to do so and if you did, you would definitely hear it the following day and end up tearing up from laughter as if you were experiencing it for the first time. In addition, Pete greatly loved his family. In the past few months that I had the priveleged to spend time with him, in our more serious conversations all he would talk about were his children, Mark, Aaron, and Ilene. He was very proud of all the accomplishments his children achieved and always looked forward to experiencing many more.
In the followings days, my family and friends will be hosting several fundraising events to help us reach our goal of $10, 000 which I know it's too much to ask for and very difficulty to do so, but with your support we hope to reach our goal. Every penny counts and with that being said, I would like to thank you in advance for your support and donations. For more information on the fundraisers I will also be creating calender events via facebook so you guys can come and enjoy the food and beverages. Once again, thank you guys for everything.
