On Saturday April 3rd, 2021 on the evening before Easter Sunday I received the devastating news that my father-in-law, Pedro  Hernandez passed away. Papa, as he was known by his grandchildren, was preparing the front yard for an Easter egg hunt the following day when he lost consciousness. His children rushed to his aid, performing CPR but by the time paramedics arrived he was pronounced dead.
     Anyone who knew Pedro knew he had a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone. He loved his grandchildren to no end and had just met his newest grandson this past week. Pedro is followed by five children and six grandchildren.
     As his time was cut very short we were not prepared for his departure from Earth. In preparation for his funeral and to hold true to his wishes we hope that any amount of money helps give him the funeral he deserves in this time of hardship. We love and appreciate every single person who has thought about us and thinks of our family in this trying time.
