Pedals & Packs: Students Helping Students
The Wassmuth Center for Human Rights is raising funds to provide bicycles and backpacks to students in need in Cambodia — and here’s the best part: the effort is being led by students from Boise.
For many Cambodian students, a bicycle means access to education — a way to get to school safely and on time. A backpack means having the tools to learn with dignity and organization. These small things can make a big difference.
This Center project empowers students on both sides of the globe: Boise students are learning the value of service & leadership, while Cambodian students are being given the means to pursue their education.
Every donation helps purchase a bike or a backpack — and brings us one step closer to building a bridge of kindness across continents.
