Help J'Mel pedal to Dialysis

Very briefly:
I spend $3000 a year to travel back and forth to dialysis treatments
if I had all that money at once, I could buy a nice pedal assisted bike  and finally return to a small semblance of independence.

any bit of help would be greatly appreciated and I will also pedal to visit you... Possibly. 

Alabama drivers scare the shit out of me.

ill even buy a helmet like some sort of safety nerd!
