Pedalling for Sanity

This past year has been a struggle for me.  Since my brothers passing, I have been having alot of emotional issues.  The text books call it PTSD.  I've been trying to do things that will help.  Staying very busy.  Although, when it comes down to it, everyday is a emotional roller coaster for me.  Joseph was a huge part of my life.  When I found him, I feel part of me died as well.  For the past year, I have forced myself to go to work.  I have been a bear to work with.  I recognized this, and felt taking a break was my only recourse.  Joseph and I always talked about going on a big tour.  I have been thinking about that alot.  So, with that being said, I want to take a tour with him.  I feel the disconnect from everything could help get me back on track.  I'd like to ride my Bicycle from Canada back home.  About 4000 miles.  I anticipate about 2months on the road.  I;d like to leave at the begining of August.   With yalls help, I could make this happen.  :)
