As you will be aware Helen and I support Dumfries and Galloway Canine Rescue, having volunteered and also been foster parents for several dogs over the years. We became failed foster parents when we adopted Pepsi! I am combining my love of cycling with my love of dogs and raising some much needed funds for the Charity. I will be cycling the Tour o the Borders on 7 September which is 120km starting in Peebles, down through Moffat, past St Mary’s Loch and back up to Peebles. Jade and Jack from the kennels are also riding to raise funds. Helen will be doing her bit and marshalling!
